Can the AI avatar speak in more than one language?
Yes. Your avatar can be set up to speak in multiple languages within a total speaking time of about one minute — for example, a 30-second intro in English plus 30 seconds in Hindi. You choose the languages during setup.
Can I register more than one avatar?
Yes. You can have as many avatars as you need. Each avatar has its own one-time setup fee. Common reasons: separate avatars for different websites, businesses, or locations; or seasonal looks for occasions like Diwali or Christmas. Each avatar comes with its own one-line embed code.
Do I need programming skills to add the avatar to my website?
No. Every avatar includes a one-line code snippet. Paste it into your HTML and your avatar goes live — plug-and-play, no developers required.
Can I temporarily remove the avatar from my site?
Yes. Remove the one-line code and the avatar disappears from your website. Note that your subscription cannot be paused. If you later want the avatar again after removing it from setup, the setup process and applicable charges apply again.
Can I control what the avatar says?
Yes. You provide the script the avatar should speak. If you prefer, we can also use your own voice recording.
Can I change how the avatar looks or what it says later?
You have one week from the date of delivery to raise a change request. Up to two revisions are free. Additional revisions are charged at the prevailing one-time setup fee per revision.

The avatar is designed to warmly introduce your business with a pre-configured script for every visitor. Live Q&A, lead capture, and bookings are handled by the chatbot — not the avatar.
Can the chatbot answer any question?
The chatbot is configured with your common queries and business flow. Its strongest value is collecting visitor details and requirements, and — on Enhanced — booking appointments with smart branching.
How do I see who has chatted with my business?
You get a login for your DigiSevak dashboard. Sign in anytime to review leads, requirements, and appointments booked.
Can I define which appointment slots are available?
Yes. After you log in, you can set which days of the week, which hours, and how long each slot lasts — for example, business hours 9am–6pm but appointments only 10am–12pm.
What if two customers try to book the same slot?
Booked slots are removed automatically for the next visitor. There is no overlap — each confirmed booking gets a unique time.
Can I change the chatbot conversation flow myself?
Yes. Once you log in, you can add, update, reorder, or remove steps — for example, asking for phone number later instead of first. You manage this yourself at no extra charge.
I already have a website. Do I need the DigiSevak webpage?
No. DigiSevak is built first for businesses that already have a site. Both the AI avatar and the chatbot use a unique one-line SCRIPT tag that you embed on your existing pages.
I do not have a website. What URL will I get?
Your DigiSevak webpage address will be in the form www.dsevak.com/your_business_name.
Can the DigiSevak webpage take payments or run a shopping cart?
No. The webpage gives you a clear online presence. It is not a full e-commerce website.
What can I manage on my DigiSevak webpage?
After signup, your login includes a webpage section where you can: upload your logo and update header and business content; upload up to 3 business images; turn a notice-board popup on or off (ideal for offers, holiday closures, or announcements); list up to 500 text-based products (no product images); switch among ready templates; adjust text size, color, and alignment; and add contact details plus a Google Maps link. You can update these as often as you like — covered by your yearly webpage fee.
Can my webpage support multiple languages?
Yes. You can add multi-language text content to your DigiSevak webpage.
